我在《望遠鏡中的CRM》中,鼓吹CCM即以客戶為中心的管理(Customer Centric Management)。其E文定義為:Customer Centric Management(CCM) is the art and science of using modern information technology to make and keep customers.源于一九五四年PeterDrucker所言:“The true business of every company is to make and keep customers.”目前(僅僅是目前)CCM是帶管理學色彩的CRM的同義詞。
