據(jù)國(guó)外媒體報(bào)道，湯森路透旗下知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)咨詢公司在周二公布了第二份年度全球創(chuàng)新企業(yè)百?gòu)?qiáng)榜單。共47家美國(guó)企業(yè)、32家亞洲企業(yè)、21家歐洲企業(yè)上榜，中國(guó)公司無(wú)一上榜。
該榜單主要依據(jù)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)數(shù)據(jù)決定企業(yè)是否進(jìn)入榜單。這些數(shù)據(jù)包括四方面：專利數(shù)量、被授予專利的成功率、專利組合的全球覆蓋范圍以及專利影響力。入圍的企業(yè)必須在2009年至2011年擁有100項(xiàng)創(chuàng)新。
今年的榜單包括一些創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域經(jīng)常提到的名字，如三星、蘋果和微軟。谷歌(微博)、AT&T、洛克希德馬丁和約翰·迪爾（John Deere）是本榜單的新晉企業(yè)。拜耳、百時(shí)美施貴寶、飛利浦、聯(lián)合利華、雅馬哈和空客掉出本榜單。
蘋果和三星值得注意，兩家科技公司最近因?yàn)橹R(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)爭(zhēng)端成為了新聞報(bào)頭條的常客。湯森路透的報(bào)告在提到三星-蘋果爭(zhēng)端以及其他大型專利并購(gòu)協(xié)議時(shí)表示：“專利終于被認(rèn)識(shí)到是可行的資產(chǎn)類別，其產(chǎn)生營(yíng)收的潛力大大超過(guò)其他來(lái)源。”
當(dāng)被問(wèn)到與專利相關(guān)的訴訟戰(zhàn)是否會(huì)在決定公司入選榜單時(shí)起作用，湯森路透知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)解決方案部門負(fù)責(zé)人大衛(wèi)·布朗（David Brown）表示否認(rèn)，“至少并非直接地”。
半導(dǎo)體行業(yè)入選的企業(yè)最多，共有18家公司上榜，其次是計(jì)算機(jī)軟件行業(yè)，共有13家公司上榜。政府機(jī)構(gòu)和學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)也進(jìn)入了本榜單，其中包括兩所來(lái)自韓國(guó)的大學(xué)：浦項(xiàng)科技大學(xué)(Pohang University of Science And Technology)和韓國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)高級(jí)研究院（Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology）。美國(guó)兩個(gè)政府機(jī)構(gòu)上榜：陸軍和海軍。
按照區(qū)域分，美國(guó)上榜的企業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)最多，亞洲其次，歐洲排在第三。47家企業(yè)來(lái)自美國(guó)，32家企業(yè)來(lái)自亞洲，21家企業(yè)來(lái)自歐洲。沒(méi)有中國(guó)企業(yè)進(jìn)入本榜單，這是多年來(lái)的第二次。
當(dāng)被問(wèn)到對(duì)本榜單最深刻的印象時(shí)，布朗表示：“創(chuàng)新的強(qiáng)度事實(shí)上在增加。”去年入選但今年落選的企業(yè)并非是在2011年創(chuàng)新度不夠，原因僅僅在于他們被其他人超越。
湯森路透并非對(duì)評(píng)估企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力有唯一決定權(quán)，而且目前對(duì)于在判斷創(chuàng)新時(shí)專利所占的分量也存在分歧。美國(guó)專利系統(tǒng)一直被批評(píng)阻礙創(chuàng)新和就業(yè)。
湯森路透的評(píng)選方法也意味著初創(chuàng)企業(yè)幾乎不可能符合該榜單的入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時(shí)，入選榜單的企業(yè)在其他方面的表現(xiàn)也非常出色。根據(jù)這份報(bào)告的數(shù)據(jù)，入選榜單的企業(yè)創(chuàng)造124214個(gè)新就業(yè)崗位，并且在資本化加權(quán)收入和研發(fā)支出方面都超過(guò)標(biāo)普500企業(yè)。
